SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING DETAILS TO PROVIDE-

To ensure a smooth delivery we require the following details from your end:

- Your full address with a valid pin-code

- A phone number which can be contacted by us and/or the courier services

- Any valid landmark or reference to reach your location with ease

DELIVERY DURATION-

Our lead time is 1 week once your order is confirmed. Delivery period may defer based on location, however we value in providing early delivery dates.

 

For international orders the lead time is 1-2weeks. The delivery date however, may vary based on location as provided by our courier service. An update will be provided once your order is accepted and confirmed.

Delay in Delivery-

 

Please do note the delivery time for your order starts from the date of your order confirmation. An email confirmation will be provided by us to you which includes tracking details for your shipment. 

 

Should your order face a delay from our end you will be notified by our team. We request you to bare with us if a delay is faced due to public holidays. Your order reaching you on time is our top priority.

SHIPPING FEES-

Domestic orders will be charged based on the given address by you. Your order should reach you within 2-3 working days once dispatched from our store. A notification will be sent to you.

 

International orders will have an additional charge as per the locality provided. Delivery time for International shipments may vary based on the location. An update will be provided once your order confirmed.
