REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

RETURN POLICY

*Please note we have a 7-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return/exchange.*

 

Return policy:

 

  • State of return - your product must be unused, with tags intact and in its original packaging.

  • Reason for return - damaged, wrong product or ill-fitted product (valid clear images must be shared). You will be credited at the value of bill which can be redeemed within 7-days once your credit is received. (Please note items on sale will not be eligible).

  • Eligibility for refund - Product lost in transit, damaged upon arrival or incorrect order received. If so you are eligible for return & refund.

  • Process for return - Contact us at info@sozobyzo.com. Once return request has been initiated a pick-up will be arranged for the given delivery address within 1-2 working days. Please return your package as received. Once your parcel has been received by our delivery executive a confirmation will be sent to your given email/phone number.

  • Credit system - Should you want to return a non-refundable product you will be provided with credit points which can be redeemed for any item at the value of your bill. (Sales items not eligible). Once your request is confirmed your credit will be valid for 7 days. For any queries please contact us through the number or email provided below.

 

To be eligible for an Exchange your item must be in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase will be requested as well. To know if you're eligible for exchange please read below.

  • Process for exchange - Contact us at info@sozobyzo.com. Once exchange request is confirmed you have 3-days to exchange and choose your new item(s) at the value of your bill.

  • Items not eligible for exchange - custom orders are not eligible for exchange (i.e. orders made to your given measurements). Please get in touch with us if you have queries regarding your custom order.
